Mr. Formisano is an Analyst on the Capital Formation Team at Hunter Point Capital.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Formisano held internships at Hunter Point Capital and, previously, Harding’s Beach LLC.

Mr. Formisano earned his B.B.A. from Bucknell University.
