A key facet of our GP stakes strategy, HPC’s Strategic Value Group develops and provides thoughtful, value-added capabilities to support the evolution of its general partners. Core capabilities of the Strategic Value Group include tactical counsel on business development, capital formation, executive talent management, ESG initiatives and other relevant services.
As experienced investors and business builders, we view our GP investments as partnerships, actively collaborating with managers post-investment to execute on a customized value creation plan. This includes developing a global LP marketing strategy to broaden access to institutional capital, providing market feedback and evaluation, as well as curating and operating due diligence events.

The HPC leadership team aims to help our portfolio companies be at the forefront of ESG trends by offering access to ESG risk assessment and analysis, portfolio reviews, board governance, LP communication and reporting guidance, as well as benchmarking resources.
We provide tangible, accretive talent resources to our GPs through HPC’s exclusive partnership with Council Advisors, a leading executive and talent development company formerly known as G100 Companies. Through this partnership, we arm our portfolio of GPs with access to a proprietary talent management platform to enhance existing executive assessment, evaluation and development capabilities.
