Ms. Shah is the Assistant General Counsel of Hunter Point Capital.

Prior to joining HPC, Ms. Shah served as Assistant General Counsel and Compliance Officer at Palladium Equity Partners, LLC, where she focused on managing the legal process for all aspects pertaining to the development, launch and operation of the firm’s private funds. In her role, she also provided legal, regulatory, and compliance advice to internal stakeholders on private funds, portfolio companies, and internal governance. Ms. Shah began her career in the Funds practice at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where she represented large-cap and middle market private equity sponsors focusing on a broad range of asset classes in connection with fund formation, structuring, fundraising, fund governance, investor negotiations and ongoing fund-related and regulatory compliance.

Ms. Shah earned her B.S. from Seton Hall University and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.
