Mr. Zassman is a Director on the Investment Team at Hunter Point Capital.

Prior to joining HPC, Mr. Zassman was a Principal at private equity firm Gatewood Capital Partners. Prior to his role at Gatewood, Mr. Zassman served as a Senior Associate of GP Stakes at Blackstone Strategic Group and began his career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Associate.

Mr. Zassman earned his B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
