Mr. Rosen is the Managing Director of Tax at Hunter Point Capital.

Prior to joining HPC, Mr. Rosen was at Fortress Investment Group, a global alternative asset manager, for over eighteen years. During his time at Fortress he served in multiple capacities, most recently as a Managing Director and Corporate Tax Director where he oversaw the Corporate Tax Group and the Private Equity Group’s tax function. Prior to Fortress, Mr. Rosen served as a Tax Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.

Mr. Rosen earned a B.A. from the American University’s Kogod School of Business.
