Mr. Nash is a Senior Partner at Hunter Point Capital.

Prior to joining HPC, Mr. Nash co-founded Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies (“BREDS”) in 2007 and served as its chairman from 2016 to 2023. He also served as chairman of Blackstone’s GP Stakes business from 2021 to 2023, served on the firm’s real estate investment committees, and chaired BXMT, a New York Stock Exchange listed mortgage REIT. Prior to Blackstone, Mr. Nash led Merrill Lynch’s Real Estate Principal Investment Group – Americas.

Mr. Nash received his B.S. in Accounting from SUNY Albany and his M.B.A from New York University. He currently serves on the boards of BXMT, Hudson Pacific, Longmark, and Gilbane Inc., and is a senior advisor to TownLane, Madison Capital, and Cerberus.
