Mr. Fritts serves as Counsel at Hunter Point Capital.

Prior to joining HPC, Mr. Fritts was a Senior Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in the Private Funds Practice, where he advised some of the largest investment funds sponsors on formation, structuring, and operation of investment funds.

Mr. Fritts began his career at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP as a Junior Associate in the Investment Management group, where he was responsible for reviewing and drafting fund documentation and other related matters.

Mr. Fritts earned his B.A. from the University of Michigan in Economics and Political Science and his J.D. from Columbia Law School.
