Mr. Prael is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Hunter Point Capital.

Prior to joining HPC, Mr. Prael served as the Chief Financial Officer at Techstars, a pre-seed venture capital investment manager. Prior to joining Techstars, Mr. Prael was at Fortress Investment Group, a global alternative asset manager, for over fifteen years. During his time there he served in multiple capacities, including the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of the Credit and Real Estate business and Head of Finance and Operations for the public management company. Mr. Prael began his career at International Business Machines where he served in multiple capacities including Finance Manager and Chief Financial Officer of IBM Global Financing in Mexico.

Mr. Prael is a trustee and the Finance & Audit chair at Chatham Education Foundation. He earned his B.S. in Finance and International Business from Pennsylvania State University.
