Mr. Tsirkin is Head of Portfolio Management at Hunter Point Capital.

Prior to joining HPC, Mr. Tsirkin served as Principal and Head of Operations for Blackstone’s GP Stakes & Fund Seeding Businesses. He oversaw all day-to-day business operations. Prior to Blackstone, Mr. Tsirkin spent two years at IMC Asset Management, Inc. as Chief Operating Officer of the Americas.

Mr. Tsirkin earned his B.S. in Business and Technology Management from New York University’s Tandon School of Engineering, and his M.B.A. from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management.
