Mariska Richards

Ms. Richards is the General Counsel of Hunter Point Capital.

Prior to joining HPC, Ms. Richards served as a Corporate Partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, advising private equity clients. Ms. Richards’ practice focused on representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a broad range of U.S. and cross-border corporate transactions, which included the structuring and negotiation of high-stakes mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, leveraged buyouts, growth equity investments and equity and debt financings, executive compensation and incentive equity arrangements, restructurings and recapitalizations, and various other governance, corporate and securities matters. Ms. Richards began her career at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in the firm’s corporate practice, with a focus on public company corporate and transactional matters.

Ms. Richards earned her B.A. from Northeastern University and her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
