HPC brings the collective expertise of its senior leadership team, composed of seasoned investors and business builders, to help GPs achieve their long-term business objectives faster and with more certainty.

We partner with best-in-class investment managers currently at an inflection point in their growth, typically with approximately $3 billion to $10 billion in assets under management. Through GP stakes investments in these middle-market managers, we seek to accelerate the continued development of these firms through capital introduction, strategic advisory and other value-added services.

As the middle-market matures, we see a robust opportunity to leverage the GP stakes investment model with middle-market alternative investment managers, who have been historically underserved. At HPC, we recognize a wide range of high-quality GPs that would benefit from GP stakes partnerships, given the scale of the markets across North America, Europe and Asia. Our global reach and resources, industry expertise, and long-standing relationships enable us to critically assess opportunities around the world. Combined with our differentiated approach, we strive to accelerate the strategic growth of our portfolio of GPs and in turn, generate favorable results for underlying investors.

Strategic Value Group

HPC’s Strategic Value Group develops and provides thoughtful, value-added capabilities to support the evolution of its general partners. Core capabilities of the Strategic Value Group include tactical counsel on business development, capital formation, executive talent management, ESG initiatives and other relevant services.


Capital Formation

As experienced investors and business builders, we view our GP investments as partnerships, actively collaborating with managers post-investment to execute on a customized value creation plan. This includes developing a global LP marketing strategy to broaden access to institutional capital, providing market feedback and evaluation, as well as curating and operating due diligence events.

Procurement Network

At HPC, we offer our portfolio companies exclusive access to our own extensive network, allowing them to build lasting relationships, improve products and services and enhance efficiencies, while at the same time, enabling significant cost savings.

ESG Guidance

The HPC leadership team has decades of experience advising leading investment managers on ESG-related initiatives and seeks to enable its partner managers to grow and improve their own ESG diligence and operations. We aim to help our portfolio companies be at the forefront of ESG trends, by offering ESG risk assessment and analysis, portfolio reviews, board governance, LP communication and reporting, as well as benchmarking services.

Talent Development Services

We provide tangible, accretive talent resources to our GPs through HPC’s exclusive partnership with Council Advisors, a leading executive and talent development company formerly known as G100 Companies. Through this partnership, we arm our portfolio of GPs with access to a proprietary talent management platform to enhance existing executive assessment, evaluation and development capabilities, as well as optimize diversity and inclusion efforts.
