Ms. Beal is a Director at Hunter Point Capital working on the legal side of the investment team.

Prior to joining HPC, Ms. Beal was Vice President and worked on the legal side of Blackstone’s GP Stakes business, where she oversaw all legal aspects of the strategy, including deal structuring and negotiations, fund formation, portfolio management and compliance. Ms. Beal began her career at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP as an associate in the M&A/Private Equity group where she represented sponsors and strategic clients in a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, minority GP stake investments, joint ventures and co-investments.

Ms. Beal earned her B.A. in History and Political Science from Tulane University and her J.D. from the Cardozo School of Law.
